Return Policy
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for fresh flowers
Since our bouquets, fresh flowers, and floral arrangements belong to the category of perishable goods, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB. Refunds are not possible, except in cases of product damage or defects. Please report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for artificial flower arrangements
Our artificial flower arrangements are created individually and are often made according to a customer’s specific order. In accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal. Order cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started.
Defective or damaged product
If the goods you ordered, both fresh and artificial, are delivered damaged or with obvious defects, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We review each claim individually and, if the defect is confirmed, we can offer a replacement or partial compensation.
