These terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop or directly with Blesk Atelier.

§3. Products & Availability
Flowers are natural products. Variations in colour, size, shape and availability may occur. We guarantee equal or higher quality floral replacements when necessary.
§4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices: All prices are final retail prices.
4.2 Payment: SumUp payment or Bank transfer (prepayment).
§5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Area: Cologne and surrounding regions.
5.2 Delivery Fees: Cologne €15. Other cities up to 100 km: individually calculated. Minimum order value for delivery: €100.
5.3 Delivery Time: Delivery is made at the agreed time or within an agreed window. Delays due to traffic, weather or force majeure may occur.
§6. Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for fresh flowers, as they are perishable goods (German Civil Code §312g).
§7. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery. Photos should be emailed to: [email protected]. After this period, complaints cannot be accepted.
§8. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for incorrect addresses, refusal to accept the order, weather damage, or force majeure delays.
§9. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
§10. Jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Cologne.
