Withdrawal Policy
This withdrawal policy applies to all orders placed in the online shop of Blesk Atelier – Follerstr. 82–84, 50676 Cologne, Germany.
§1. No right of withdrawal for fresh flowers
There is no right of withdrawal for the following items, as they are perishable goods (§ 312g German Civil Code):
fresh cut flowers, bouquets, flower boxes, arrangements made of fresh flowers, wedding & event floral products.
§2. No right of withdrawal for artificial flower arrangements (made to order)
Each arrangement is produced only after an order is placed (cutting, trimming, bending, shaping). As the materials are irreversibly modified and cannot be resold, no right of withdrawal applies according to § 312g (2) German Civil Code.
§3. Right of withdrawal for accessories and pre-made items
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to items that are not perishable and not made to order, such as: vases, decorative items, candles, and standard accessories.
§4. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer or a third party receives the goods.
§5. Exercising the withdrawal
To withdraw, send a clear declaration via email to: [email protected]. The goods must be returned within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
§6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned goods. Deductions may be applied for loss of value due to improper handling.
§7. Complaints (for ALL products)
Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, including photos, to: [email protected].
§8. Exclusions
No withdrawal applies to: fresh flowers, made-to-order artificial arrangements, opened/used items, or goods returned in damaged condition.
